Emerging in the heart of the city on the 11.86 acres of land plot, King Power Complex comprises itself with 4 components which included 12,000 SQ.M. of Duty Free Mall Sale area, Theatre of 1,000 seats and dinning facility, 400 rooms of 4 stars hotel and King Power headquarter. Crown Atrium was to visually clarify the space allowing visitors and passers-by to see the indoor activity. This was achieved by darkening the structure of the building and only illuminated key architectural elements such as the ceiling, floor and horizontal louvers. The drop-off area of the Duty Free Mall consists of a myriad of column layers. Lighting Indicators are installed on the first row of columns, functioning as a visual display and indicating walking space. Blurring of the rows of columns behind creates the perception of a shallow depth to the layers.
