The specific requirements of this project are both the supercar parking of 12 cars and the full function of car-treatment including car wash, spa and maintenance. The focal point of this project is the semi long span steel structure, lightweight-structure, that exposed their roof form and the wall modular systems in order to emphasize the sense of authenticity and being aesthetic. Moreover the flexible space without any columns in the middle for efficient parking could be created.

The contrast of "black", inspired by hero shot of movies, Batman, and "white" of the main house that just completely constructed as the first phase might also be the dramatic theme that could make the compound house more attractive. Dark grey metal siding (composite paneling with insulation in between) 0.45 mm. thickness of standing seam metal panel is the key material of this car parking.

Lighting effects could make the magical impact especially for the overhead plane of roof and vertical planes of walls. They are separated as if it is on the gravitational condition by the glass window openings either the front and back sides or the bottom of the walls at the other both sides of the building especially in the night time as clearly shown in the first image of this chapter. These special effects of Antigravity concept are continuously delivered from the main house's design yet it is different in terms of interpretations and executions.

Industrial factory from alike and the gable roof are literally addressed the  loft concept. The first impression when approaching to the building is the oversize double sliding steel entrance doors. This air conditioning parking is installed such a huge ceiling fan ventilation in order to achieve the sustainable concept therefore these hybrid systems could effectively reduce the total energy consumption as well. Futhermore, the concept of the new connectivity in the future of Electrical Vehicles such as EV-charger stations, security monitoring systems and proper lighting design are inaugurated as an innovative exploration for the future design experiences.
